At each intake indicated in the protocol, empty your bladder before taking each Dimann PEA tablet.
If you cannot swallow the Dimann PEA tablet, you can divide it into smaller pieces.
At 1 hour after each Dimann PEA intake, drink plenty of water to allow the D-Mannose to be expelled.
The last dose of the day of Dimann PEA should be taken along with a reduced amount of fluids.
