What Foods Should I Avoid if I Have Cystitis?

Hello Friend,

You don’t know if what you’re eating might irritate your bladder more?

Before you go tentative and thus worsen your situation, read the foods that many nutritionists and Dimann Girls advise against when suffering from cystitis: 👇

  • Spirits and alcohols.
  • Caffeinated drinks (coffee and tea).
  • Spicy foods, such as hot peppers or spicy cheeses.
  • Excessively sweet desserts.
  • Sugary drinks.
  • Citrus.
  • Sauces such as mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard.
  • Sausages.
  • Fatty condiments such as butter, lard, margarine.

These are foods that can predispose to the onset of cystitis or aggravate its symptoms.

Don’t worry, you’ll be able to enjoy delicious dishes without any problems: every week we post delicious recipes (but mindful of your well-being) on our Instagram profile and our page and Facebook group. 🥰
