Dimann PEA is a dietary supplement containing Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) and D-Mannose, formulated for the treatment of chronic intimate-pelvic pain. PEA is a natural molecule that promotes relief of chronic pelvic and intimate pain and is particularly suitable in conditions such as chronic pelvic pain, vulvodynia, vestibulodynia, interstitial cystitis, endometriosis, adenomyosis, and pudendal nerve neuropathy. D-Mannose, extracted from birch, is a powerful ally against bacterial cystitis, especially that caused by Escherichia coli, and supports the prevention and treatment of urinary infections. Dimann PEA is the ideal supplement for those seeking a natural, targeted treatment for chronic intimate-pelvic pain associated with recurrent bacterial cystitis.

Use Dimann PEA during the acute phase of bacterial cystitis (7 days), along with Dimann Puro and Dimann Flor. During an acute attack of cystitis, take 3 tablets of Dimann PEA (on a stomach that is, preferably, full): one in the morning, one in the middle of the day, and a final one before bedtime. Use the same dosage if you need to treat chronic bacterial cystitis.
The times in the table are approximate and you can adapt them to your routine, respecting the time distance between doses.
Empty your bladder before each intake. If you can’t swallow the Dimann PEA tablet, you can sec it in smaller parts. At 1 hour after taking it, drink plenty of water to allow the D-Mannose to be expelled. The last dose of the day should be taken along with a reduced amount of fluids.
